Christine Cutbush is an amazing Feldenkrais and yoga instructor.  She has improved our strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence without ever causing any injury or pain.  She is inspirational. Christine has transformed two couch potatoes into active super spuds!

Christine Cutbush was my BONES FOR LIFE therapist for about 6 months in Los Angeles. She was a delight to work with and taught me so much in such an enjoyable way.
I now stand taller and straighter and feel more balanced and more stabilized . I feel stronger and lighter at the same time. I am able to walk further and faster in less time than I had done before, without even trying. It came as a wonderful surprise to me! When I walk, I also feel straighter, taller, more balanced, and there is a bounce in my step! I have gained much more awareness in how I stand, sit and walk, and it is a good and comforting new knowledge. I am very grateful to Christine for all of this.

Christine’s yoga instruction is so much more than yoga; it is something invaluable I take with me into my life everyday. As a working mother, the stress is constant and because of Christine I am able to think much clearer, and approach my day with the sort of calm that allows me the success I am seeking both professionally and personally.

As a result of my very first session with Christine I felt the bottoms of my feet plump up.  It was as if I were regaining the cushions on the bottoms of my feet.  In the sessions that followed, I noticed that  my ankles loosened up , and  tension released from my right shoulder, all for a healthier body.  Our work has changed my balance and improved my posture.

Five years ago I was experiencing pain and limited range of motion in my right knee and had difficulty walking. I joined Christine’s "Bones for Life" class and when  I first attended the class I took the stairs leading to her studio one at a time, had to use a cane, and limped. After a  year or so when the class ended I was able to walk out of her studio without the aid of a cane, without a limp, and descended the stairs without difficulty.  I did not have to have surgery!
